Allocating Stock to Sales Orders

How can we allocate stock received from Works Orders to Sales Orders?

To allocate stock to Sales Orders please do the following:

  1. Click Sales

  2. Click Delivery Menu

  3. Click Allocate Stock

  4. If you would like the system to suggest all lines on the Sales Order click Suggest All

  5. If you would like to select which batch to allocate from press F5 in the 'Allocate' field

  6. Select Batch you wish to allocate from and enter the quantity

  7. Click OK
