Confirmed Stocktake adjustment is not appearing against the Stocked Part

We have confirmed a stocktake and the stock should have been adjusted, when checking the stocked parts the confirmed quantity is not appearing.

If you are experiencing this issue please try changing the stocktake status back to pending, to do this please do the following:

  1. Click Stock

  2. Click Stocktake

  3. Find the Stocktake you wish to return to pending and click Change Status

  4. Click Yes

  5. Press F5 on the stocktake line and click Confirm All

  6. Check the stocked parts to see if the stock is now appearing as expected

If the stocked parts are still not appearing, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
