The issue has been fixed in version 20.21.10. You can download this version by clicking <a href="https://accessgroup.my.site.com/Support/s/access-connect?tabset-dd97f=2" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a> and selecting the General release

After moving to Hosted FactoryMaster, when the Stocked Part Summary screen is opened it is causing the system to hang if the part has an associated 'External Document' (sometimes referred to as 'Cost Calc Sheet').
