FactoryMaster will store the backups in C:\FactoryMaster\FMAST12\Customer\ and true copies will be in the SQL folder. Contact your IT department to restore the data.
Does the system creates backups anywhere else
Is there anyway we can salvage our FactoryMaster data or get a system backup?
