Transaction Broker Error - 'Default layout has not been selected'

When trying to print a document via Transaction Broker, I receive an error message saying that 'Default layout has not been selected'

If you are using a Crystal template to print the documents via Transaction Broker, please select Crystal as the Label Type for the printers. To do this, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to General.

  2. Select Transaction Broker.

  3. Click on Transaction Broker Printers.

  4. Set the Label Type of the printer to Crystal.

  5. Click on OK.
