Please ensure you have not clicked into the HTML dashboard area, this will be the front page of FactoryMaster where the release notes are shown or any graphs you have selected.
Please click off of the dashboards and into any empty space on the front page, ideally to the left of the window. Once you have clicked out of the dashboards you will be able to use the Quick Access Shortcuts again.
Quick Access Shortcuts are no longer working on the FactoryMaster dashboard
When I press Ctrl + F5 to open stocked part maintenance the window does not open on the dashboard.
