The sales order column contains no data from works order enquiry

I cannot see the sales order number from the works order enquiry.

Please complete the following steps:

  1. Select production

  2. Works order enquiry

  3. Hit enter and select the relevant works order

  4. click the column heading Sales Order Number and select Internal Order Number. This will list the sales orders linked to works orders.
