Overview

If you have created a new account in Access Evo that shares the same initial as an existing user, and you have accidentally entered their first name with a lower-case character, this has been resolved in later versions of FactoryMaster. Here's what you can do next.

What can I do to resolve this?

As designed, FactoryMaster only allows capital letters, so as a result, for example, aB001 will always log in as AB001.

This issue has been resolved in the later versions of FactoryMaster.

I would like to upgrade to a later version. How do I do this?

As MyDesk customers cannot upgrade their own system, please reach out to FactoryMaster support, referencing the title of this article.
