Error -'0 is not a valid value for EC transaction nature' when exporting invoice to Dimensions

When trying to export an invoice to Dimensions we are receiving an error. The sales ledger error from export history is: 0 is not a valid value for EC transaction nature

EC Transactions require both Delivery Terms and a Mode of Transport, and Dimensions will not accept invoices without it. These need to be entered in on which ever software is the master for customer data.

FactoryMaster

  1. Click Customer Maintenance then search for the customer.

  2. Click Customer Addresses then press Ctrl+M.

  3. Click Intrastat details and ensure something is filled in for both options.

    Dimensions

  1. Click Customers then search for the customer.

  2. Click Addresses then click VAT.

  3. Fill in the fields on the bottom of the window.
