Hardware Licences are issued by our Despatch department. You will receive a .txt file containing the code (the code can also be found in the body of the e-mail). To apply this code, take the following steps:
Log in to the server console (or the machine with the dongle, if this is different).
Click on the Start button and choose FactoryMaster, DDChange from the 'Programs' or 'All Programs' menu.
Check that the 'Dongle Number' and ‘Update Number’ match those in the e-mail. If they do not, please contact the Despatch department for a new code by replying to the e-mail.
If the details match, then enter the update code into the box at the bottom of the window where it says Enter update code here. (We advise to copy and paste the code from the e-mail. If users have problems copying and pasting it from the body of the email, then open the attached text file and try copying and pasting the code from inside that).
Click Make changes to dongle.
When the code has been successfully applied there will be a Confirmation Code in the resultant message. Please email this code back to the Despatch department by replying to the e-mail to complete the process.
