Email group of invoices for different customers at same time

How can you email out more than one invoice, instead of having to go into each invoice and send.

Please complete the following steps:

  1. Select Sales

  2. Then Sales Invoice Menu

  3. Then Invoice Maintenance

  4. Drag the empty column wider before column Invoice No

  5. Press Ctrl + Shift to highlight a group of invoices together or just Ctrl key to highlight invoices from different rows

  6. Click Print Invoice

  7. Untick the printer and tick Send Via Email

  8. Click OK
