If you have noticed that the Top 10 KPI dashboards for Suppliers are not generating in Access Evo.
What can I do to fix this?
This is a known issue caused by a timeout on the dashboard. The developers are currently working on rewriting these dashboards to optimise them.
This has not been fixed in upgrade versions 20.19. onwards. If you are looking to upgrade to later versions, please follow the options below, based on if you are hosted by us, or using FactoryMaster on Premise.
