Our developers have found that this issue can occur if your Customer records in Dimensions contain the '&' symbol.
They have added a change to the latest to V20.19.05 to fix this issue.

Every time FactoryMaster pulls through customer records from Dimensions it is syncing ALL records which takes up to two hours.
