FactoryMaster

When FactoryMaster pulls through customer records from Dimensions, you may notice that it is syncing ALL records, which takes up to two hours or more. This was raised with our Development team, and our developers have found that this issue can occur if your Customer records in Dimensions contain the '&amp;' symbol.
