You do not have a FMAST instance of SQL server installed.
If you have a full copy of MS-SQL 2005 or 2008 or 2088 Rs, please exit ClientSetup, install an FMAST instance of MS-SQL following the instructions for 'install - MS SQL server 2008 for FactoryMaster' which can be found in the C:\Users\WallLive\Help\How To' folder, then re-run ClientSetup.
If you with to install MS-SQL2008 R2 Express, please be aware there is a maximum database size limit of 10 GB.
You will need to install the pre-requisities before you can install MS-SQL 2008 R2 Express.
Note: Windows installer 4.5 will require a reboot.
Please make sure the build on the new PC has been completed. Then, run ClientSetup.exe which will install the application successfully.
