When default printers are set in FactoryMaster, the application is setting the exact printer's name including the '(Redirected x) as a string. This means that it is looking for the exact printer's name.
In the hosted environment, redirected numbers are assigned to printers as identifiers and will be different per user. This is to identify which user has sent the print request.
Unfortunately, the redirected section of the printer's name cannot be removed or suppressed due to group policies enforced on the server.
Default printers are not remembered if the Redirect number changes (Access Hosted Customers)
I have set our default printer in FactoryMaster however each morning the Redirected number is different, this is causing the default printer to not be detected and needs resetting. Environment
