Amend the e-mail default text for Purchase Order

We would like to add a few lines to our Email template for Purchase Orders, how can we do this?

To add additional lines to your Purchase Order Email template, please do the following:

  1. Click Purchase

  2. Click Purchase Order Maintenance

  3. Now select a Purchase Order

  4. Then click Print

  5. A print menu will pop up, under 'Options' click Email PDF and click Print

  6. An Email setup menu will pop up with a list of potential recipients

  7. From here click Open Template Folder. This will open the document where the RTF (rich text format) is held

  8. Open this with Notepad and edit as pleased

  9. Once done click Save
