In order to get this resolved, please follow the instructions:
Go into Options
Click System Maintenance
Click System Settings
Click General System Settings
Click Control File
Search for CLOCK_ON/OFF and make sure it is set to YES
Clock on button is greyed out in Data Capture
The clock on button in Data Capture is not working - it is greyed out and cannot be accessed. How can we sort this out?
