Missing folder files from supplier folder tab in supplier maintenance

Information on the supplier folder moved to a Supplier_restored folder and now contains no files when trying to expand the folder within the Supplier Folder tab.

Please complete the below steps:

  1. Navigate to open file location from the Factory Master shortcut to find the supplier folders:


​\\SERVERNAME\FactoryMaster\FMAST10\Customer\Live\Documents
​
2. When copying a sub-folder from Suppliers_Restored to Suppliers e.g. SUPP01, the files then appear from the Supplier Folder tab of Supplier Maintenance.
3. Copy all the other folders and regularly create a backup of the Suppliers folder.
