I switch on control flag SWO_SYNC_REQ_QTY. This is what has changed, this is required for the call-off qty to sync with the works qty as well as dates. I have advised to switch it off for now.
Change the control flag SWO_SYNC_REQ_QTY (automatically updates sales works orders when call off quantity changes) back to No.
This control flag updates quantities on the works order as you change the sales order, which is normally required when making changes via the import manager. For example, if the sales order reduces from 10 to 5, it then reduces the B2B works order to 5. That is what you are seeing now.
We are working on the issue of the work orders not changing with dates that works in conjunction with this. The development team are working on this functionality.
SWO_SYNC_REQ_QTY Automatically update associated sales works orders when the call-off requirement quantity changes.
For example, a sales order has a call-off quantity of '10'. The user changes the requirement to '20', the system will automatically add an additional '10' qty requirement onto the associated sales works order.
When adding additional call-off requirement the system will add the new quantity onto the first works order associated with the sales call-off.
When removing call-off requirement the system remove from the smallest sized works orders first and completely delete if required. The system will continue to remove quantity requirements / remove works order from each of the associated work's orders until the reduced requirement is fulfilled.
Zero quantity sales order and works order completes automatically
When I wanted to make a works order Historic, I would go into the sales order, zero out the requirement, then go into the works order and make it Historic. When I zero the quantity required on the sales order, the works order is being deleted fully.
