Note: Users can only delete a Sales Order if no deliveries have been made against it.
In FactoryMaster, Click Sales.
Click Sales Order Menu.
Click Sales Order Maintenance.
Find the Sales Order you want to delete using the Quick Bar menu.
F5 on the Sales Order you want to delete.
Click on the 'Currency' field and then switch to Modify mode using CTRL+M.
Click the first line item of the Sales Order, press F3 and, when prompted, click Yes.
Do this for each line until the Sales Order is empty, then click OK.
You will be advised that the Sales Order has no lines and asked if you would like to delete it, click Yes.
