There is more than one Sales Order with the same customer reference.
It may be hidden because Show Outstanding Only is set. There could be a historic Sales Order that has the same customer reference.
Sales import details are not changing
Trying to run a sales order import but it is rejecting the import lines with Multiple orders exist for this customer with this customer reference
