Our development team have devised a code fix for when using the 'select printer' option for a Crystal report, the selected printer is no longer ignored. The code enhancement is part of FactoryMaster version 20.20. Please upgrade to this version or above.
When using the Select Printer option for a Crystal report, the selected printer is ignored (Access Hosted Clients)
I am printing a Crystal report label from the stock menu, and I selected the printer using the 'Select printer' option, before clicking the print button.
