This issue has been resolved in the latest general release version 20.14.09. Please upgrade to this version or later to resolve this issue.
The ability to click the Use button has been included in the 'Modify' access right for Works Order Enquiry and Works Order Components.
The 'Use' button when allocating parts is not affected by any User Access rights
Users with access to only view Works Order Enquiry and Works Order Components can select the 'Use' button when prompted to allocate an Alternative Part.
