How to change the status of a completed purchase order that has no receipt or advice note against it?

Someone manually completed a purchase order by checking the 'Complete' tick box, so there is no receipt or advice note. How can I change its status?

To change the status of a completed purchase order that has no receipt or advice note against it, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to Purchase.

  2. Select Purchase Order Maintenance.

  3. Click on Historic to display the completed purchase orders.

  4. Identify the order and click on Change Status.

  5. Press Yes in the pop-up box that appears.

After changing its status, the purchase order will no longer be historic.
