When trying to preview your communication records, if you find that when hovering over the Text Field 01 entry, the preview pop-up flashes repeatedly, the below advice should help you further.
What is causing this issue?
This is a Magic issue and not a FactoryMaster issue. This is a Magic tool tip. When the record has a certain number of lines that cause the tip to grow past your monitor's screen dimensions, it causes the tool tip to flash.
How do I fix this?
If you would like to read the communication field, please press F5 on the Date/Time field and then press F5 again in the Text Field 01 field.
This will open the email chain within a scrollable window, allowing you to read the email record.
