Please check that the resource does not have another required skill ticked. Although the user may have one of the required skills the resource may have other skills required which the employee does not have. The employee MUST have all ticked skills in order to use the resource.
Employee is not appearing in the list of qualified employees able to use a resource
I have provided an employee with the skills required to use a certain resource. When I check the resource the employee does not appear as a user with the required skill to use the resource.
