Overview

If you have provided an employee with the skills required to use a certain resource, but on checking the resource, the employee does not appear as a user with the required skill to use the resource.


What to do next

Please check that the resource does not have another required skill ticked. Although the user may have one of the required skills, the resource may have other skills required which the employee does not have.
