If you have an employee in FactoryMaster showing as absent with booked leave, and when comparing against TeamSeer, the employee in question has no time booked, please see further advice below.

It is possible that the employee originally booked time off in TeamSeer and removed it once the absence had started. If this is the case, FactoryMaster will keep the absence booking in the system, and it will not be removed.
