Allow colleagues to authorise quotes

How do i give someone the ability to authorise quotes?

To authorise quotes, the User Access 'Quote Authorisation' needs to be set for that particular user.

To set this up, please follow the below steps:

​Note: If unable to modify user access, speak to your FactoryMaster administrator and ask them to change this.

  1. From the Main Menu, Select Options.

  2. Select User Access.

  3. Find the user to change the User Access for and press F5 on their 'Login Name’.

  4. This can also be done for groups by clicking User Groups and pressing F5 on the desired Group Code.

  5. Click View Access.

  6. Switch to modify mode using CTRL+M.

  7. Select the Sales tab.

  8. Navigate to 'Quote Authorisation’ and tick the 'Access' tick box for this.

  9. Click OK.

  10. Select File, Refresh Menus for the change to be applied.
