Error: 'Database cannot be opened due to inaccessible files or insufficient memory or disk space'

I cannot import data due to the following error: 'Database (DATABASE NAME) cannot be opened due to inaccessible files or insufficient memory or disks space. See the SQL server error log for details'. Environment FactoryMaster and Orchestrate

FactoryMaster is linked to the wrong Orchestrate database. Please complete the following steps:

  1. Click Options, System Maintenance, System Settings

  2. Click Production System Settings, Orchestrate Connection Settings

  3. Click Change Connection

  4. Select relevant server and database name

  5. Click Connect. Now, when you select Production, Schedule Works Orders, Import from Orchestrate, the data import will complete with the correct create date.
