Op time is not multiplying by the number of workers in standard cost

I am trying to cost a large project and when running standard cost, the number of workers on each operation in the route doesn't make a difference. It doesn't multiply the op time by the number of workers to generate a cost.

When multiple workers are on an op, the value of the resource rate is unchanged, however, many workers are set for that op.

The number of operators makes no difference and you cannot change the resource rate on the route itself. For example, the rate on my resource was £60 an hour.

The best option is to set the RESOURCE_RATE_FROM_ROUTE control flag to ‘Yes’. Then, you are able to change the rate on the Op itself to reflect the number of workers. For instance, with ten workers, you could change the rate on the route to be £600.
