RDP not connecting to data capture PC desktop and only showing blank blue screen

I cannot connect the data capture PC, after double-clicking the RDP remote desktop shortcut. A blank blue screen displays. Environment FactoryMaster, Remote Desktop Connection

Change the login credentials within the Remote Desktop Connection, to the correct domain and login credentials (e.g. admin). You will then be able to connect successfully.
