The offending manufactured part has been set to MRP for Works Order Creation Type. The Create W/O field within the stock summary window should be Sales/Sub.
Also - some of the other sub-works orders have been zeroed because the 'usual source' was changed from 'MA' to 'BI'.
Because the works order creation was changed to MRP and the assembly update has been completed, if you revert back to Sales/Sub, new sub-works orders will be created. You will have abandon the whole works order and create a new one.

I run the assembly update and the master works order and all the sub works orders have the outstanding quantity to zero.
