A restricted user account has logged into FactoryMaster. Checking the user licence allocation you will see the number of restricted users permitted is zero.
Please ask your onsite administrator to change the Restricted access type for the offending user account to another option or delete that account and create a new one.
Error - 'The maximum number of restricted users are already logged in'
I cannot log into the application due to the following error message: The maximum number of restricted users are already logged in! Maximum Users: 0
