Create a new batch record per batch receipt

When booking in stock we would like to book in a new batch line per receipt we receive.

To book in stock on a new batch record per receipt you will need to do the following:

  1. Go to Stock

  2. Go to Stocked Parts Menu

  3. Go to Stocked Part Maintenance

  4. Click on the Stock tab

  5. Along the column headings there is a Orange text column name. In your system it can either be Last Issue or Batch Per Receipt

  6. If the column name is Last Issued press F5 on the name and select Batch Per Receipt

  7. If the Batch Per Receipt option is No next to the stocked part it will need to be changed to Yes

  8. Now when you book in stock for that good parts in multiple booking (two sets of 500 for a 1000 part order) they will be booked onto new batch lines
