In Windows this issue can occur if you change working environments often e.g. home and the office or a desk with three monitors and move to one with two. FactoryMaster will be running however Windows/Citrix is trying to open it on a monitor that you do not have connected.
To bring the FactoryMaster session back to focus/your connected monitors hover your mouse over the FactoryMaster icon running in the task bar you will see a preview window appear. Move your mouse into the preview window and right click it. You will see a list of window options, click 'Maximise'
The FactoryMaster session is running however it is not visible on my monitor(s) (MyDesk)
When launching FactoryMaster through Access Workspace, the application is visible along the taskbar however when clicking on the icon the app does not open onto a monitor and remains minimised.
