Please check user is logged into the terminal server. If so, please complete the following steps:
Launch Control Panel from Windows.
Double-click Install Application On Remote Desktop Services
Click Next from install program from floppy disk or CD-ROM
Browse to the location C:\FactoryMaster\FMAST##\ClientSetup
Select Clientsetup.exe and click Open
Run Clientsetup and Factory Master Live and Play desktop shortcuts will be restored.
If user is not logged into a terminal server and experiencing this error using a new PC, they are most likely logged in as a local workgroup. Third party IT or your onsite IT department will need to add this new PC client to the domain and then ClientSetup can be run from the server file path.

If the above does not resolve the issue, please run ClientSetup.exe from the server.
