Changing the date on a Sales Order Invoice freezes the system

I am trying to change the date of my Sales Order Invoice within Invoice Production, but when i click print it freezes the system.

When attempting to print sales invoices from Invoice Production, FactoryMaster locks if the invoice date has been changed AND a Crystal doc layout is being used

Affects multiple Crystal docs, both in-house and customer-built

The invoice prints fine if:

  • 'No' is clicked to the invoice date change prompt in Invoice Production

  • 'Yes' is clicked to the invoice date change prompt, but no change is actually made to the date

  • The date is changed but the built-in doc layout type is used

  • Printed from the Invoice Maintenance screen using any doc layout type**

    This is a known issue that is caused due to changing the date on a Sales Order Invoice in the Invoice Production screen when using a Crystal Report. This issue can now be resolved by upgrading to the latest version.
