Overview
If the application says the backup has failed, but you are in the hosted environment. This means that FactoryMaster is no longer backing up the database using the inbuilt SQLUtils facility when you migrated onto our servers.
How are the cloud SQL Server databases backed up?
All Cloud SQL server databases are backed up in the following way:
Transaction logs every 15 mins (kept for 1 month)
Differential backup every night (kept for 1 month)
Full backups once a week (kept for 3 months)
Monthly full backup on 1st of month (kept for 12 months)
