How to link multiple Sales Orders to a Works Order

I need to link two Sales Orders to one Works Order, how can I do this?

To link multiple Sales Orders to a Works Order, please do the following:

  1. Locate the Sales Order you want to link to a Works Order and calculate the total quantity.

  2. Create a new Works Order for the total quantity.

  3. Click Sales, click Sales Order Maintenance and press F5 on one of your Sales Orders.

  4. Press F5 on the Sales Line to open the Call Off.

  5. Click in the 'Works Orders Allocated To This Call-Off' box and click Allocate to an existing Works Order.

  6. Type in the Works Order number and leave the 'Quantity To Allocate' as it is and click OK.

  7. Repeat steps 3-6 for the remaining Sales Orders you would like to link to the Works Order.
