If you are unable to send a Purchase Order across to FocalPoint for Authorisation it is likely that your order has over 40 lines on it. Please check to see if this is true for your order.
If your order is over 40 lines, you will be able to copy the order and split it into 2+ orders allowing you to send them across to FocalPoint without re-creating the orders.
Please also check for any symbols within the order such as the Diameter or Degree symbol as this will prevent the order from being processed and a blue spinning wheel will appear.
Characters such as a comma or full stop within the Item description can also cause this issue.
Blue spinning wheel when trying to send a Purchase Order for Authorisation in FocalPoint
When trying to send a Purchase Order across to FocalPoint for authorisation we just get a blue spinning wheel and nothing happens.
