As FactoryMaster doesn't interfere with hardware this is not something support would be able to resolve - this issue is environmental. The best course of action to take would be to get in touch with your internal or a third party IT support group to help get this issue resolved.
My Keyboard Won't Type in the Login Field
I can't login to FactoryMaster as my keyboard is not allowing me to type in the login fields - how can I fix this?
