If you are experiencing this error please close down your FactoryMaster session, sign out of Access Evo and log back in again. You should now be able to launch the FactoryMaster application through Access Evo as expected.
Error - 'Cannot complete your request.' (MyDesk)
When I try to access the application through Evo, I receive the following error message: Cannot complete your request.
