When you try to access the application through Access Evo, you may receive the following error message similar to the one below:

What to do next

If you are experiencing this error, please close down your FactoryMaster session, sign out of Access Evo and log back in again. You should now be able to launch the FactoryMaster application through Access Evo as expected.
