FactoryMaster: How to run a Stocktake for a specific Part Number

We would like to know how we can run a Stocktake for a part number, how can we do this?

If you would like to run a stocktake for a specific part number please do the following:

  1. Select Stock

  2. Select Stocktake

  3. Press F4

  4. Select Confirm By Item

  5. Press OK

  6. Select Stocked Part Number box.

  7. Input part number for stocktake

  8. Press OK

  9. Press OK for the prompt message, Which will return you to the stock maintenance screen.

  10. Press F5 on newly created stocktake.

  11. Specify Counted quantity for each batch.

  12. When happy with all counted quantities, select Confirm All

  13. Press Okay if you are sure about the adjustments.

Note: It is important you make sure all stocktake is reviewed before confirmed as the stock will be permanently changed as a result of confirmed stocktake.
