The connection to the database has been lost. Please check that the connection to the database is reliable and that all relevant firewall settings have been configured to allow unrestricted access to the database server. The application will now close

Please check with your IT department to ensure that the firewall has the relevant files and ports released. The antivirus software may need updating.

If this checks out fine, please reboot the server.
