How to run a stock take

I would like to run a stock take, how can I do this? I would like to set all raw material back to zero.

If you would like to run a stocktake for a specific part number please do the following:

  1. Select Stock

  2. Select Stocktake

  3. Press F4

  4. Select Confirm By Item

  5. Press OK

  6. Untick Include Stocked Parts and leave Include Raw Materials ticked, or vice versa, depending on the requirement

  7. Press OK for the prompt message, Which will return you to the stock maintenance screen.

  8. Press F5 on newly created stocktake.

  9. Specify Counted quantity for each batch.

  10. When happy with all counted quantities, select Confirm All

  11. Press Okay if you are sure about the adjustments.

Note: It is important you make sure all stocktake is reviewed before confirmed as the stock will be permanently changed as a result of confirmed stocktake.
