If you are unable to print labels please ensure that when setting up the printer you have installed the most recent and up to date drivers for that device, reinstall the the printer.
Please also check that the printer is set to the right dimensions. If you are trying to print a label and it is printing in the middle of the label or off to one side, please try switching the width and height in Printer Properties.
