Enable chargeable and non-chargeable additional modules

I am currently doing an stocktake and need the passcode to access the 'Enable Stocktake Default to Zero'. I have paid for the module but cannot enable sales forecasting.

To enable a non-chargeable module, you need to enter a password. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
