How to change the banking details for cloud hosted/Citrix hosted customers
If you want to amend your banking details (For MyDesk Citrix hosted customers, they can amend the company name as well). This can be actioned within FactoryMaster, please complete the following steps:
Click on Options
Click on System Maintenance
Go to System Settings
Choose GENERAL System Settings
Click on Company Details
Press Ctrl+M to go into modify mode
You will now be able to amend/add in banking details, web address and e-mail by typing in the field.
How to change the banking details for customers using FactoryMaster on-site
For on premise customers, to amend the company name, company address, company phone number or VAT number, you need to have these details amended on the customer support portal. Please click here to find out more.
Once you have done this, then the company information will need to be changed within the licence. Therefore, please contact support with your request.β

π€Tip: If you operate off of a multi-company licence then you will use the same instructions above for amending your banking details in order to amend other details as well.

πNote: Also, once the licence is applied with the new company address, only new orders, invoices, quotes, etc. created afterwards will display the new company address. If you are using an RTF document layout, e.g. for sales order acknowledgements, the RTF Word document will have to be opened and the address manually edited and saved.
