Our licensing team have details on the expiry of all our customers licences. They will email a renewal licence to you before your licence expires.

If it gets within a few days of the date on the system message and you have still not received an email from our licensing team then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

The most common reasons for a delay in sending out a renewed licence are:
You have updated the email and we have sent the new licence to an old email address.
The contact we have that receives the licence via email has left the company
The renewal payment hasn't been sent through from the accounts team yet.
