Error - 'Security Protection Error 929, 943,34 or Windows could not start the CMServer_AER '

'Security Protection Error: 929 Extended Error Code: 441:10061' 'Security Protection Error: 943 Extended Error Code: 431:10060' 'Security Protection error: 34 Extended Error Code: 121:34' I cannot start the CMServer_AER service.

To resolve this issue restart the CMServer_AER service.

  1. Select Start

  2. Select Control Panel

  3. Select Administrative Tools

  4. Select Computer Management

  5. Select Services

  6. Select the 'CMServer_AER' the service

  7. Click Restart.

Once the service has been restarted. You will be able to launch FactoryMaster without the error message.

Note: This service may have stopped which means you start this service and not restart.

If the CMserver_AER service does not start check the following log file for the error, for instance:
\\servername\FMAST12\CM\server\live\FMProcs.dll.cm.log

Scroll to the bottom for the most recent information.

The log file may contain a different error code e.g. error 741
This error code means the date and time is incorrect on the Windows server.
